By ordering, you are agreeing to these terms:
Insurance can be requested & purchased for any item.
Items sent without insurance cannot be claimed if damaged or lost in transit - this includes claims via your credit card*
EcoTankas.com.au does not accept responsibility for the goods once they leave our warehouse. Insurance is available, recommended and the responsibility of the purchaser.
All Shipping Costs, Customs, Duties & Tax associated with the sale must be paid by the buyer.
Some remote or rural addresses will attract an increased shipping cost. We will attempt to contact you via email before the order is sent should this be the case.
If we decide to grant a refund for change of mind, it will be minus a 20% (minimum $10) restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
EcoTankas.com.au will honour all manufacturers warranties for applicable items. Damage by mis-use is not covered. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
If we do not have the item you ordered, we will substitute a similar item or different colour unless the 'no substitutions' check box is checked.

* a claim against your credit card for missing items is a claim directly against the seller. These claims cost the retailer as the bank takes the money and charges a fine.
